All commissions are digital goods an no physical items will be shipped.

Eris reserves the right to refuse any commission request.

Prices may increase depending on complexity.

Eris reserves the right to use commissions for any kind of self-promotion.

The client must provide visual references for all services requested.

Only participate in any transaction with me if you are over the age of 18, and are able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc.). I will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.

Deadlines must be communicated and agreed upon prior to any payment. Depending on the deadline I can reject the commission or increase the price.

Prices are final and non-negotiable. Any attempt to negotiate pricing will result into me declining the commission.

The client has to provide any illustration that should be used for the commissioned piece.

If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.

The client must clarify the usage of the commissioned piece with the commission form.

Eris owns all rights on the commissioned work.

The client does not have the right to repurpose, redistribute or edit any of the commissioned products unless an extended license has been provided by me.

Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given (such as linking any of my social media)

Publishing and privatization of commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.

Eris retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art in our personal portfolio & social media.

For Commercial uses Eris will charge 50% of the baseline price of the artwork for commercial use.

i will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are limited to 3 edit sessions during sketching stage, and 1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, etc.).

Any further edits will have added fees to the overall cost.

No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the piece.
